Commission from the owner:

 
10% of total rent for every month to be received for contract term from 1 to 5 months.
50% of the value of one month’s rent for contract term from 6 to 11 months.
100% of the value of one month’s rent for contract term from 1 to 4 years.
Two month’s rent for contract term up to 4 years.
 
 
Commission from the tenant:

 
10% of total rent to be received for contract term from 1 to 4 months.
30%of the value of one month’s rent for contract term from 5 to 11 months.
40% of one month's rent for contract term with over 12 months.

 
Payment is made upon signing the lease contract by the party or parties to the agreement between them, may assign a different term.
